Located in the historic center, Piazza dei Signori is the main square of the city, the place where the social and economic life of Vicenza unfolds. On one side there is the Basilica Palladiana and the Bissara tower, and on the opposite side the Loggia del Capitanio and the Palazzo del Monte di Pietà. During the year numerous events and shows are held, while on Tuesday and Thursday mornings the city market is held.
