42 meters high, the Civic Tower allows you to admire a unique and evocative view of the city of Bassano del Grappa framed by the peaks of Monte Grappa and the Asiago plateau. The building was originally built by the Carraresi around 1200, was then restored in 1823 which also date the battlements; the last restoration dates back to 1986.

Inside the tower is also kept the "clock machine" work of the engineer and man of science Bartolomeo Ferracin which also includes the realization of the Clock in Piazza San Marco and the restoration of 1756 of the Ponte Vecchio of Bassano del Grappa.
