It was built in the 13th century, located in Contrà Giacomo Zanella. Originally it was a house with a tower owned by the Lanzades, it was brought as a dowry by Chiara di Lanzè to the groom Palmiero Sesso, podestà of Vicenza in 1341. Still today we can see traces of the past constructions of the XIII and XIV century. In 2006 a restoration continued beyond 2007.
