BONTÀ DEL GRANO OF GOTTI F.LLI SNC SCANZOROSCIATE (BG) - ITALY.
It all starts in the 50s, when Horace native of the valley, from a humble background, with his large family decided to leave his beloved mountains to the green hills of Scanzorosciate.
In the old village c 'a wood stove with its shop and grandfather Horatio decides to detect it with his son Peter. Who share a passion for baking, experience the creation of a family.
The 60s confirm the success of the project with the opening of a new laboratory equipped and more a cozy shop. The bread of superior, always the primary product of the company, is joined by other fragrant and delicious leavened baked.
In the middle of the 80 grandchildren Flavio (for production) and Piera (marketing and sales) join the team bringing fresh ideas to work alongside the ancient traditions.
In the new millennium, the constant passion for craftsmanship, the search for new goals lead the brothers to take over the farm giving continuity to the family.
At first light the creativity of Flavio takes shape with tasty cakes, fragrant biscuits, panettone sublime, tasty and delicate Venetian doves ...
And the meticulous hands of Piera, every masterpiece of taste becomes a feast for the eyes, packed with refinement and attention to detail. Each product gets the right idea for a gift, a gift, an anniversary.
Today as yesterday, the raw materials are selected very high quality, preferring to supply zero kilometers, craft, local.
The slow sourdough still one of the key points of production.
